Wondering

Dirty Pretty Things were back not only with their fantabulous name but
with a peach of a single cover that was just adorably picturesque.

Anyhoo down to the music... At the risk of being branded old fashioned and told 'that's the style init', 'Wondering' was indeed pretty in melody and commercially ear pleasing, but dirty in terms of vocal deliverance. There is a slight disharmony between the lyrics and instrumentation, it just doesn't work that well.

'Init' indeed and many people are, this proved to be a popular little number set to be the band's third top 20 in a row. More album covers like that one please!
