Basement Jaxx 'Take Me Back to Your House'
26 March, 02:27pm by joekent | comments (0)

Take me back to your house was the second single to be released from Basement Jaxx' gorgeously titled album Crazy Itch Radio.

The track is collaboration with Canadian electro-poppers Martina-Bang and is a rather catchy though undeniably strange banjo infused stomper. It is a surprising choice as second single but any excuse to have a Soviet-block themed video featuring dancing bears and high-stepping Cossack should always be welcomed.

The folksy feel reveals Basement Jaxx are still prepared to try something new and retain their innovative edge yet it is unlikely to be remembered as one of their greatest singles.
